School Carnival
Wright Elementary is having a Carnival on Thursday, August 30th from 5:00-8:00 pm. Wristbands are $8 for unlimited rides only or $11 for unlimited rides and games. Tickets are 4/$1.00. Each food item is only $1.00. Come have fun and bring your whole family.
Wright Elementary está teniendo un carnaval en Jueves, 30 de agosto de 5:00-8:00 pm. Las pulseras son de $ 8 para viajes ilimitados solo o $ 11 para viajes ilimitados y juegos. Los boletos cuestan 4 / $ 1.00. Cada alimento es de sólo $ 1,00. Venga a divertirse y traer a toda su familia.

Where do I go?
El primer día puede ser confuso en cuanto a donde se supone que debe ir. El anterior es un mapa de las áreas sombreadas son donde cada grado se alinearán.
Time to Start School
We are just a few hours aways from the first bell ringing for the new school year. Hopefully everything will go according to plan. Safety of your children and a our students is very important to us. Please keep them safe by remembering these things in the morning:
1: The school doesn't open till 8:30 am please don't send students before this time.
2: The drop off zone in the front of the school is for unloading and loading only. Before you let your child out of the car please pull forward to the crosswalk. This is where you should let your children out of your car. You must keep this line moving so you cannot park here. This lane should be always moving except the brief stopping to let children out of the car.
3: The teacher parking lot is not a drop off zone, you are welcome to park and get out and walk your student to the place they are suppose to line up at.
4: Students can ride their bikes to school but they must not ride it on school property they need to walk them.
5: The first bell rings at 9:00 am the tardy bell rings at 9:05 all students that are tardy/late need to check in at the front office before going to their class,
6: The Bus driveway is for authorized vehicles only. Do not use it to drop off or pick up your student.
7: Please use the cross walk with the crossing guards, 3100 South is a very busy street.
Please read all the information that has been or will be sent home with your student. Reading this packet and following all the rules will help to make a great school year. Remember Parents, your children, learn by watching us so if we don't like following the rules we can't expect them to do the same.
Estamos a sólo unas pocas horas aways de la primera campana para el nuevo año escolar. Esperemos que todo salga según lo planeado. La seguridad de sus hijos y una de nuestros estudiantes es muy importante para nosotros. Por favor, mantenga a salvo al recordar estas cosas en la mañana:

Box Tops & Campbell's Labels for Education
As in years past we will be collecting Box Tops and Labels for Education. We will be having a contest to see which class can collect the most Box Tops and Labels. There will be a jar in each classroom for students to collect them in. The first Contest ends Oct. 17th.
The Money we collect from Box Tops goes to the school for Field Trips. The points we earn from Labels for Education goes towards supplies for the school. In years past we have been able to get stuff for PE and the Library. So as you can see it is important to collect these and send them in with your child. Every label and Box Top helps.
Como en años anteriores estaremos colectando Box Tops y Etiquetas para la Educación. Vamos a tener un concurso para ver qué clase puede obtener más box tops y etiquetas. Habrá un frasco en cada salón de clases para que los estudiantes recogerlos pulg El primer concurso termina 17 de octubre.
El dinero que obtenemos de Box Tops va a la escuela para las excursiones. Los puntos que ganan de Etiquetas para la Educación se destina a suministros para la escuela. En los últimos años hemos sido capaces de conseguir cosas para la educación física y la Biblioteca. Así como usted puede ver que es importante recoger estos y enviarlos con tu hijo. Cada Top etiqueta y caja de ayuda.
